One program includes an opening segment to set the tone, several wellness theme dialogues and a closing session which encourages awareness, reflection and intention. Topics may include: Handling unhealthy stress - Your wellness tool kit - Diet and Nutrition and various topics that promote personal wellbeing. B; Money Matters Our purpose is to provide the opportunity to gain insight and possibly rethink and develop a plan related to personal finances. Themes may include: money techniques, consumption, spending, saving dynamics, money and emotions, investments and wealth. C; Communication and Teambuilding How we participate in groups may have a significant impact on our careers, our ability to communicate and how we experience life. Topics may include presentation techniques and style, dialogue and participation skills, team work, personal sharing and problem solving. D: Sustainable Living Our earth is more crowded and natural resources are expensive and planetary concerns are many. Topics include: living lightly on the Earth, quality of life issues, eco-awareness, food production, eco- friendly community and business development. General theme possibilities are career dynamics, communications and relationships, company policies, brainstorming and strategic planning, current events, spirituality and themes of global significance. B: Intuitive Readings The Awareness Deck is designed for insight, guidance, interpretation and ideas to encourage personal wellness. The 91 Awareness Cards, palms, and additional intuitive tools provide a friendly approach to insight, reflection, intuitive feedback and life learning. C: Wellness Entertainment A performance type atmosphere is utilized to encourage audience interactive participation.  Themes are appropriate for larger audiences and may include: networking and social conversation, our personal wellness tool kit and unhealthy stress. D: Spirit Entertainment A performance type atmosphere is utilized to encourage audience interactive participation. Themes are appropriate for larger audiences and may include: your personal life mission, the unseen world, our intuitive selves and intuitive messages, symbols and metaphors. E: Ritual and Celebration A sense of ritual and the dramatic, if appropriate, can transform an event into a heartfelt experience. Ritual situations might include: ceremonies and special occasions, confirmation, marriage, retirement, testimonials, memorial service, seasonal celebrations and religious, spiritual and rights of passage events. F: Peace Circles: Building Bridges Be Present to the Tapestry of Existence Option 1: Building Bridges - Harmonizing Differences Through visioning, imagery, dialogue and light movement we will experience and explore metaphors related to themes that at times divide us into polarity positions. Selected topics might include: interfaith dynamics, spiritual disciplines, gender dynamics, family and organizational disputes, conflict resolution and problem solving dynamics. Participants are encouraged to bring symbols representing their dialogue perspective. Option 11: Interfaith Peace Circle Through visioning, imagery, dialogue and light movement we will experience metaphors related to Nature Based Religions; the Five Major Religions of the Earth; and all other religions and systems of belief. Participants are encouraged to bring honored symbols representing their belief system(s) of choice. As concepts become more complex; sensing, perception and spirit communication can be an important aspects of making decisions. Topics include: basic symbols and symbol interpretation; faith, trust and allowing for magic, body messages, subtle meanings, and energy vibration. B: Imagery and Healing Our healing approach includes the dynamics of faith, belief system, metaphor, imagery and intention. Our therapeutic goal is the integration of mind, body, emotions and soul as they relate to the situation of disease, illness and out of balance situations. C: Faith Spirituality Encourage creativity and flexibility to investigate the dynamic relationship between intuition, spirituality, religion and cognitive thinking. Topics include: connective existence theory, harmony of differences, personal beliefs systems and interfaith dialogue and the experience of interfaith circles. D: Cosmic Inquiry A safe space where participants can dialogue, question and express thoughts, emotions and feelings related to the mystery of existence. The core intent is to explore the existence of a connective dynamics that supports and integrates all that existence.
